Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioners submit that the grievance relating to blocking of Electronic Credit Ledger has already been withdrawn by the respondents/WBGST authority concerned after the expiry of one year from the date of such order of blocking and as such necessity of filing affidavit-in-opposition by the respondents is not required and the petitioners are not also pressing the ground of Constitutional validity of certain provisions. In view of the aforesaid facts this writ petition being WPA 7323 of 2022, is disposed of without passing any further order.
