REJECTED C.R.M.(A) 1032 of 2024 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Tamluk Police Station Case No. 1282 of 2023 dated 29.11.2023 under Sections 364A/365/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

And In Re : Sk Abdul Hakim ...... petitioner Mr. Amal Krishna Samanta ...for the petitioner Ms. Anauya Sinha Ms. Afreen Begum .... State Materials in the case diary suggest involvement of the petitioner in abducting the victim and demanding ransom. Medical documents indicate the petitioner as one of the persons involved in the crime.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The application being CRM (A) 1032 of 2024 is dismissed.
