The information sought for by the petitioner appears to have been provided by the SPIO Ranaghat Sub-Divisional Hospital by a communicating memo dated 18th June, 2025 addressed to the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Nadia.

The petitioner submits that the address of the person accompanying the victim patient has not been provided.

From the documents handed over to the Court by the learned advocate representing the State respondents, it appears that the address of the attendant of the victim is not recorded anywhere. 4.

In the absence of the address of the accompanying person, the same cannot be provided to the petitioner. No further information is required to be forwarded to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
