Mrs. Tutun Das, learned Advocate representing the petitioner would submit that there are formal defects in the instant revisional application and as such she seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid application with liberty to apply before the appropriate Court on the self-same cause of action.

Having regard thereof, let the instant revisional application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to apply before the appropriate forum. 3.

Liberty is also granted to the learned Advocate on record for the petitioner to take back certified copy of the order no. 107 dated 4th March, 2020 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 1st Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas in Misc Case No. 5 of 2012 subject to filing a photocopy of such order. 4.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the website of this court.
