The petitioner is an Auxiliary Nurse. She seeks transfer on medical grounds from Murshidabad to Dakshin Dinajpur.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner holds a civil post under the State. She should approach the State Administrative Tribunal for seeking remedies as regards her service in terms of the dicta of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of L. Chandra Kumar Vs. Union of India reported in (1995) 1 SCC 400.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
