None appears for the Bank.

From the documents made available on record, it appears that the Bank initiated proceedings under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act, 2002). Therefore, there is a statutory alternative remedy available to the petitioner.

In such circumstances, no interference is called for.

WPA 8736 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
