Case No. 601 of 2016 dated 29.11.2016 under Sections 22/25/27 of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

It is submitted by Counsel for the State that charge sheet has been filed and the petitioner has been absconding for well over five years.

Having considered the entire matter, we are of the view that no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

Hence, the application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 3053 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
