Ms. Sayantanee Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that her client is not willing to press the writ petition and she files written instruction of her client to the said effect which is taken on record.

In view of such stand of the petitioner, WPA 7336 of 2022 is dismissed as not pressed.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
