This Court had recorded that Ms. Sha, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Union of India submitted that the writ petition was premature since the petitioner had not preferred a statutory second appeal from the order of the First Appellate authority dated August 12, 2021. However, it was wrongly recorded that the statutory appeal was not preferred from the order passed by the Chief/Senior Record Officer dated January 20, 2021.

Let such inadvertent mistakes be corrected.

Let this order be incorporated in the order dated July 4, 2023.
