This writ petition has been filed against the impugned order of cancellation of petitioner's registration, passed on 8th February, 2021 which is an appellable order under the statute by filing this writ petition on 19th March, 2024, i.e. after expiry of more than three years without any explanation This writ petition has been filed without availing the available alternative remedy without any cogent reason. Considering such inordinate delay of more than three years by allowing the time to file statutory appeal to expire without any cogent explanation in support of such delay, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition being WPA 8429 of 2024, on the ground of inordinate delay and accordingly the same is dismissed.
