Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

It appears that the writ petition has been filed in the individual capacity of the petitioner though he claims to represent the West Bengal Forest Service Employees Federation who allegedly occupied the disputed land.

The petitioner intends to withdraw the present writ petition and file a fresh writ petition with all the necessary particulars.

Such liberty is granted.

The petitioner is at liberty to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh writ petition as prayed for. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.

There will be no order as to costs.
