The petitioner after much efforts got her 'no objection' certificate from the school. Thereafter, she filed an application for general transfer which appears from 'Annexure P-5'. The 'no objection' was issued on 17th March, 2020. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the application for general transfer has not been considered as yet.

In such circumstances, I direct the Commissioner of School Education to consider the application of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order along with a copy of the writ application after giving her an opportunity of hearing. A decision in respect of such consideration is to be communicated to the

petitioner by two weeks after the expiry of the said three months.

With the above direction, the writ application is disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the formalities.
