1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record.

3. There are ample evidence against the petitioners alleging murder. Offences, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment.

4. Bail prayer of the petitioners and co-accused were rejected in November / December 2023.

5. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
