Despite several attempts to serve notice of this order, Purulia Town Police Station did not accept the Court's order. They have only assured the petitioners that steps would be taken to protect them.

It is submitted by counsel for the petitioners that no such steps have been taken.

This Court requests Mr. Wasim Ahmed, learned advocate, who normally represents the State, to obtain instructions in the matter from the Purulia Town Police Station as to why no report has been filed today and the order of the Court has been refused.

The Purulia Town Police Station shall file a detailed report as regards compliance of the Court's order on the adjourned date.

5.

The O. C., Purulia Town Police Station shall appear virtually before this Court on the adjourned date.

List this matter on 21.07.2023 for further consideration.
