1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The writ petition has been filed on 18th March, 2024 in respect of the selection process for the year 2009 for the posts of Assistant Teachers in District Primary School Council, Howrah.

3. The petitioner's claim is therefore covered by the order dated 9th April, 2024 as corrected on 12th April, 2024 passed by this Court in W.P.A. No. 3268 of 2015 (Sourav Naskar & Ors. - Vs. - The State of West Bengal & Ors.).

4. The petitioner shall get the benefit of the said order on the terms and conditions mentioned therein.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. The petitioner shall communicate this order to the Chairman, Howrah District Primary School Council forthwith.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
