This revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.1550 of 2018, pending before the learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Alipore, District 24 Parganas (South). It is submitted that the suit was filed sometime in 2018 and thereafter several dates have been fixed for filing written statement on behalf of the defendant/opposite party. The written statement is alleged to not have been filed and the learned court below was delaying the matter by allowing adjournments.

Without going into the merits of the case and without making any observations on the allegations made by the petitioner, this revisional application is disposed of with a request upon the learned court below to expedite the hearing of the suit and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

The learned court below shall proceed in accordance with law and on the merits of the case.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite party and/or the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party in the learned court below within this week.

The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
