The medical report reveals that the petitioner is psychologically fit for trail. Learned counsels for the parties submit that the trial of the case is in progress and the next dates fixed for hearing before the learned Trial Court are on November 27, 2024 and November 28, 2024.

In view of the observation made by the medical experts in the report submitted by the NCB, the revisional application being CRR No. 1239 of 2024 is disposed of.

The petitioner is directed to participate in the trial before the learned Trial Court.
