Records of this revisional application reflects that the present revisional application was preferred challenging the continuance of Baranagar Police Station Case No. 507 dated 25.08.2018 under Sections 498A/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners happen to be husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law. Initially this revisional application appeared on 28.04.2021 when none represented the petitioners and as such, the matter was adjourned by the Court.

The State is directed to be represented through Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate and Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate who ordinarily appear for the State. Their appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities. The petitioners approached this Court at a stage when charge-sheet was filed before the jurisdictional court. Having regard to the opinion arrived at by the investigating officer and the petitioners approaching this Court without relying on the documents on which the investigating agency arrived at

its finding, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for in this revisional application.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 955 of 2021 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
