The Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies has filed a communication addressed to the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Law), West Bengal dated 26th September, 2022 that sum of Rs.4,49,500/- has been fully recovered.

The said letter along with a communication dated 27.09.2022 addressed by the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies to Mr. Srijan Nayek, learned advocate is taken on record.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.
