By an order dated 20th April, 2011, leave was granted to add West Bengal Pollution Control Board as a party respondent.

The petitioner was directed to serve notice and file affidavit of service. No such affidavit of service has been filed. Further it appears that on previous dates also the petitioner failed to appear.

In the aforesaid backdrop, the writ petition being WPA 6504 of 2011 along with connected applications stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
