And In Re : Golapi Bibi ..... petitioner Ms. Minoti Gomes Md. G. N. Imrohi ... for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee Mr. Suman De ... for the State Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits she is in custody for 125 days. It is also submitted there is no direct evidence connecting her with the murder. Co-accused Hanif @ Dabir Sk. has been enlarged on bail. She prays for bail. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner had illicit relation with co-accused. She made extra-judicial confession. Statement of the son discloses complicity of the petitioner. On her leading statement weapon of offence was recovered from the place of residence. We have considered the materials on record. There are ample materials implicating the petitioner in the murder. Though there is some suspicion with regard to the role of the coaccused in view of the scanty materials he has been released on

bail. Petitioner cannot claim bail on parity. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
