Petitioner submitted a written representation with the Inspector-in-charge, Gobardanga Police Station in respect of the obstructions created at the common passage as well as the unhealthy atmosphere which was made at the common passage by dumping garbage.

Main grievance of the petitioner is that the police authorities did not act upon such complaint.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos. 5, 6 & 7 submits that with wild allegations petitioners are trying to occupy the common passage and there are no truth in the factual foundation as complained to the police authorities.

Report submitted by the State reflects that a case has been started being Gobardanga PS Case No. 101/2025 dated 19.04.2025 on the basis of the informations so furnished.

Since the police authorities have acted on the representation of the petitioner the purpose for which the petition has been filed has been subserved. So far as the other issues are concerned, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the civil court or the executive authority for other reliefs as sought for.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 8027 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
