Petitioner contends that, pursuant to the assistance of the police authorities, he has been reinstated and, as such, presently he has no grievance against the police authorities.

State has submitted a report wherein it reflects that Falta Police Station Case No.90 of 2025 dated 11.04.2025 has been registered for investigation and the police authorities have been keeping a sharp vigil over the issue relating to dispute.

Since the petitioner's primary grievance has been addressed by the police authorities, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 8075 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
