In Re: An Application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This revisional application relates to a proceeding arising out of Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The subject-matter of challenge relates to an order which was passed in March 2021.

Having regard to the limited time period for which the provisions are to be invoked, I am of the opinion that MP Case No. 1136/2021 has by lapse of time become infructuous. If the same is continuing, then in that case MP Case No. 1136/2021 will be deemed to be quashed. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 958 of 2021 is disposed of. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
