This matter is listed at the instance of the petitioner for correction of typographical mistakes crept in the order dated 12th April, 2023.

It is pointed out that in the 2nd line of 2nd paragraph at page 2 of the said order the word "permission" has been wrongly typed which should be "promotion" and in the 3rd line the date has been wrongly typed as "October 6, 2007" instead of "October 6, 2010. It is further pointed out that in the last line of page 2 of the said order the date has wrongly been typed as "December 1, 2012" instead of "February 1, 2013".

The mistakes are apparent.

Let the correction be made accordingly in the order dated 12th April, 2023.

Let this order be read conjointly with the order dated 12th April, 2023.
