Considering the fact that the police filed charge-sheet and considering the fact that there is no adverse report as against the petitioner, we waive the condition of the order granting anticipatory bail requiring the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer once in a week until further orders.

All other condition of the order dated January 8, 2020 remains the same.

CRAN 4 of 2022 is disposed of.
