The present application has been filed at the instance of the de facto complainant, Sayantani Das. Having regard to the regular report submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Bidhannagar Women Police Station in connection with Case No. 32 dated 11.10.2022, I am of the view that there has been violation of a condition of bail granted by this Court on 23.12.2022 as the accused had been residing at Howrah Maidan which is outside the jurisdiction of Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate. In view of the same, the bond so furnished with the learned A.C.J.M., Bidhannagar is hereby cancelled. However, the petitioner is being given an opportunity. He is allowed to continue on the bail and he would furnish a fresh bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two local sureties.

The other conditions, so imposed by the order dated 23.12.2022 in CRM (SB) 298 of 2022, would remain in force and the accused viz. Kumar Rajiv Ranjan would strictly comply with the same for a period of three months. With the aforesaid observations, the application being CRM (SB) 64 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
