Vide order dated December 02, 2022, the matter was adjourned as a last chance to the petitioner. Even today, when the matter is called on for hearing, none appears for the parties.

As recorded in the earlier order of this Court, a connected application for extension of interim order also stood dismissed for default previously.

Hence, it transpires that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the matter any further.

Accordingly, W.P.A. No. 5174 of 2016 is dismissed for default without, however, any order as to costs. Interim order, if passed in the matter, stands vacated.
