The petitioner has ventilated his grievances in respect of a recruitment process initiated by the Public Service Commission, West Bengal.

In view of the provisions of Section 15 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, this Court lacks the jurisdiction to receive, try and determine the instant writ petition.

The writ petition is, therefor, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh on the self-same cause of action before the appropriate forum, if permissible in law.
