Mr. Sovan Majumder, learned advocate in his usual fairness submits that this writ petition is not maintainable in this writ jurisdiction and the petitioner should file proper application before the jurisdictional Central Administrative Tribunal. Mr. Prantik Garai, learned advocate appears for the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL). In view of the above, this writ petition WPA 7786 of 2025 stands dismissed, without any order as to costs with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceeding before the jurisdictional Central Administrative Tribunal on the self-same cause of action.

Mr. Garai has referred to an order dated April 16, 2025 passed by this Court, the same speaks for itself.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the writ petition. Parties including the SAIL shall be at liberty to urge whatever points they wish to urge before the jurisdictional Central Administrative Tribunal. The jurisdictional Tribunal shall deal with the matter, if it is filed within four weeks from date in accordance with law.
