Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

The cause-title of the earlier order dated February 15, 2022 be corrected to read as "CRM 3069 of 2021" instead of "CRM 3096 of 2021".

Department will incorporate the correction in the earlier order dated February 15, 2022.

None appears for the petitioner.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is absconding for a period in excess of five years. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. 3069 of 2021 is dismissed.
