1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a deaf and dumb girl. She has been raped by the petitioner and others. Trial is in progress. Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
