The petitioner being aggrieved by the manner in which the tender was floated by the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat unilaterally filed the present writ petition.

At the time of consideration of the writ petition the Court has been informed that the subject tender has already been cancelled.

The notice of cancellation by the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat signed on March 18, 2024 has been placed before this Court. Let the same be taken on record.

As the cause of action for filing the writ petition does not subsist any longer, accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
