Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The petitioner has approached this Court as he has been served with a notice under Section 94 of BNSS which is dated 15.03.2025. The petitioner has replied to the said notice. However, the said reply is relating to health grounds and other associated grounds which are not acceptable to the concerned Cyber Crime Police Station, Uttar Dinajpur.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner undertakes that within a period of ten days, the petitioner would appear before the concerned Cyber Crime Police Station, Uttar Dinajpur.

The Enquiry Officer would afford the aforesaid time period to the petitioner before resorting to harsher process of law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 7801 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
