It has been submitted by the petitioner that due to the shortage of percentage in attendance, the petitioner has not been allowed to take her M. A. (Final) first semester examination. It has been further submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that due to personal difficulties and illness the petitioner could not attend the classes.

Fortunately, University takes a fair stand. It has been submitted by Mr. Arunagsu Chakraborty, learned advocate representing the University, that the petitioner should be permitted to take the said examination as a special case, which is scheduled to be held on March 29, 2023.

The University will issue admit card to the petitioner in course of this day. If for any reason, it is

not possible for the University to issue admit card in course of this day, the same shall be issued in favour of the petitioner subsequently.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 7815 of 2023 is disposed of. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
