By an order dated April 12, 2024, passed in CRM (DB) 942 of 2024, a Coordinate Bench enlarged the petitioner on bail, inter alia, on the conditions that he shall not enter the jurisdiction of Rejinagar Police Station until further orders except for the purpose of attending Court proceeding and shall meet the Officer in charge of the police station concerned within whose jurisdiction he is presently residing once in a week until further orders. 2.

The petitioner says that he has been reporting every week to the Officer in charge, Beldanga Police Station within whose jurisdiction he is presently residing. He seeks waiver of that condition.

Learned State Advocate files a report. Let the same be kept with the records.

From the report, we find nothing adverse against this petitioner. He seems to be adhering to the conditions of bail.

Accordingly, we are inclined to waive the condition of bail requiring the petitioner to report to the Officer in charge of Beldanga Police Station and we do so. 6.

The other conditions of bail shall remain unaltered. 7.

CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
