versus State of West Bengal & ors.

Ms. Debjani Sengupta Ms. Koyel Bag Mr. Abhijit Chatterjee ... for the petitioners Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay Ms. Tapati Samanta ... for the State This matter was directed to appear under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for correction of typographical errors which have crept in the judgment and order dated August 10, 2022.

Ms. Sengupta, learned counsel for the petitioners draws the attention of the Court to some typographical errors which have crept in the judgment and order dated August 10, 2022 . Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned counsel for the State respondent vehemently opposed the prayer for correction of the said errors. However, considering the fact that the errors pointed out by Ms. Sengupta are merely typographical and clerical errors, the same can be corrected without any formal application in that regard.

In the 3rd page in the 5th line the words "GO dated November 16, 2020" would be replaced by the words "GO dated November 16, 2010".

In the 5th page 2nd paragraph 6th line the words "non-teaching posts" will be replaced by the word "nonteaching staff". In the said judgment and order wherever the name "Lila Bardhan" appears, the same shall be read as "Lina Bardhan".

In the 6th page 3rd line from the bottom, the words "should be" shall be read as "should not be". Let the aforesaid typographical errors be rectified. This order shall form a part of the judgment and order dated August 10, 2022.
