1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record.

3. There are ample evidence against the petitioner alleging murder. Offences, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment.

4. Bail prayer of the petitioner and co-accused were rejected in November / December 2023.

5. Under such circumstances, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
