This is an application for condonation of delay. There is a delay of 19 days in preferring the memorandum of appeal.

Sufficient cause being shown for not being able to file the instant memorandum of appeal within the time of limitation, the delay of 19 days in preferring the memorandum of appeal is condoned. The prayer for condonation of delay is allowed.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, we dispose of the appeal by giving an opportunity to the writ petitioner/appellant to make an application for general

transfer before the School Authorities.

The School Authorities, upon receiving the said application, shall process the said application in accordance with law.

The authorities shall adhere to the timeline prescribed in the Rules.

With the aforesaid direction, the appeal and the stay application stand disposed of.
