The alleged contemnors are represented.

Efforts are being made by the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Paschim Bardhaman to teach in place of the petitioner, in the event, the petitioner is transferred.

The District Inspector of Schools has not yet found any such willing teacher from nearby school.

The D.I. of Schools shall continue to make efforts.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the process of rationalization of posting of teacher, the State is taking steps to post teachers from

schools where there is no student to schools which, in fact, require teachers.

In the event of any willing teacher, agreeing to take petitioner's position in the school, the petitioner's case for transfer will be considered offline by the D.I. of Schools and all the authorities thereafter.

There is no contempt on the part of the alleged contemnors.

7.

In view of the above, CPAN 421 of 2023 shall, therefore, stand disposed of.

8.

There shall be no order as to costs.

9.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
