It appears from such report that the SIM card used by the petitioner was of a different person.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the SIM card was that of the mother of the petitioner. He was using such SIM card. Given the allegations as against the petitioner and given the conduct of the petitioner subsequent to the order dated April 27, 2022, we are of the view that the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 1913 of 2022, is rejected.
