The petitioner says that recovery of fake Indian Currency Note was made from the prime accused namely, Jem Mia @ Kalu. The petitioner's name transpired from the statements made by the prime accused. He has no role to play in the alleged offence.

The State draws our attention to the fact that not only the petitioner is named in the FIR, he has been absconding from 2018. The trial has started. Witness action is going on.

Having considered the material on record and the elusive conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, CRM 3080 of 2021 is dismissed.
