No order can be passed in this revisional application. However, the petitioners are at liberty to pray before the learned court below for expeditious disposal of the application for temporary injunction.

The learned court below shall decide the application for temporary injunction without being influenced by the orders dated December 6, 2022 and December 14, 2022. The application for temporary injunction should be disposed of on its own merits, upon considering the cardinal principles relating to grant of temporary injunction, within a period of two months from the next date fixed.

The revisional application is, thus, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
