1. Learned advocate representing the contemnor places on record the order passed by the Manager, Advertisement Department, Kolkata Municipal Corporation, signed on 10th July, 2024. A copy of the same has already been served upon the petitioner.

2. The petitioner appears to be aggrieved by the same.

3. The validity and legality of the said order cannot be adjudicated in the contempt application. It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the same before the competent forum in accordance with law.

4. The contempt application stands disposed of.
