Petitioner complains of violation of the order dated February 12, 2025.

By such order, we directed Howrah Municipal Corporation to invoke provisions of Section 177 of the Howrah Municipal Corporation Act, 1980 and decide the issue of unauthorized construction. Howrah Municipal Corporation took a decision which is dated April 24, 2026.

In view of Howrah Municipal Corporation acting in terms of the order dated February 12, 2025, we do not find any ground to invoke our jurisdiction

under Article 215 of the Constitution of India and the Contempt of Court's Act, 1971.

CPAN 452 of 2026 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
