Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

None appears for the State though they were being earlier represented in the present case.

The present writ application has been preferred praying for compensation for the structure demolished by the respondent authorities and the land acquired by them.

It is further submitted that the respondents have also not considered the representation of the petitioners dated 19.2.2019.

Considering the said facts and circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent authorities shall consider the representation of the petitioners dated 19.2.2019 (in case a copy is not available with the respondent authorities a copy may

be supplied by the petitioner to the respondent authorities) in accordance with law within a period of 60 days from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, WPA 6670 of 2019 stands disposed of.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
