.... Petitioner Ms. Sabrina Parveen ...for the petitioner Mr. Krishnendu Bhattacharyya Mr. Priyankar Ganguly ...Amicus Copy of memo of evidence as filed in Court is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He only tried to resolve the dispute that arose out of a fight between kids. Learned Amicus assisting the State relies on the case diary and opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits that the petitioner and some other accused hit the husband of the de facto complainant with a 'hansua' on his head and forehead resulting in fracture injuries. He relies on the statement of the victim, the statements of other witnesses and the injury report. He also submits that a proclamation has been issued against the petitioner. Considering the above, the other materials available in the case diary and the fact that proclamation has already been issued against the petitioner, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
