On hearing the learned Additional Solicitor General for the respondents we have to reject this application for anticipatory bail on the ground that there is a serious charge of smuggling narcotics above the commercial quantity against the petitioners.

According to learned counsel there is strong prima facie evidence derived inter alia from information and intercepted telephone calls that the petitioners were the recipients of the smuggled substance. Both of them have allegedly fled the country to Bangladesh.

CRM 4793 of 2020 is disposed of.
