Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the police filed charge-sheet and, therefore, further detention of the petitioners are not required. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that both the petitioners are named in the First Information Report. The petitioners are guilty of setting a house on fire. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials in the case dairy, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
