Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to correct the cause title of the application by inserting police station case No. as "Gangarampur P.S. Case No.283 of 2014" in stead and place of "Hili P.S. Case No.283 of 2014". Necessary amendment to the cause title of the application be made in course of the day. Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the order dated 18.11.2020.
